According to the\nconstructive criteria we can distinguish two types of recuperators either by\nmeans of the double jacket type or those of tube basket, both in countercurrent\nand in parallel currents. According to what is established in these equipments,\nthey are able to save up to 60% in fuel consumption by preheating the\ncombustion air. In addition, these equipments are perfect when primary fluid\ndrags solid particles due to the process or the combustion itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to the development of new metal alloys, today we can design and supply equipment that preheats the secondary fluid to 900\u00baC and inlet temperatures of up to 1400\u00baC according to configurations.                                                   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This equipment is used in sectors such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingeneo.tech\/en\/frits-glazes-ceramic-pigments\/\">frits, glazes and ceramic pigments<\/a>, <a href=\"\/?page_id=295\">silicato s\u00f3dico<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingeneo.tech\/en\/glass\/\">glass<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingeneo.tech\/en\/steam-generation\/\">steam generation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingeneo.tech\/en\/olive-pomace-drying\/\">olive pomace drying<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingeneo.tech\/en\/grape-pomace-drying\/\">grape pomace drying<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingeneo.tech\/en\/alfalfa-cereal-drying\/\">alfalfa and cereal drying<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These equipments transfer thermal energy from the primary to the secondary fluid mainly due to the radiation phenomenon.
